Operating Systems, Quality Assurance, Medical Director Consultation and
Biomedical Maintenance Support helps to minimize downtime and maximize the
efficacy of each technology that we provide.
Operating Systems - NextMed employs proprietary
software to manage its data collection, outcome tracking, analysis and
reporting, maintenance and other functions. This extensive use of technology
greatly enhances the productivity of our staff and reduces variability which
increases the quality of service.
Quality Assurance
- NextMed's QA program enables us to constantly monitor and track outcomes data
which translates into better protocols and treatment techniques. All of our
facilities and end users are able to go to our secure website to see their
outcomes data 24 hours a day - this tool serves as a tremendous resource for
our facilities by saving much time and expense associated with JCAHO. By
regularly polling our physician and facility customers, we are able to
determine where our service excels as well as where we need to improve.
Medical Director Consultation - NextMed utilizes the
services of three nationally recognized Medical Directors who are always
available to our treating physicians and technologists for any questions
regarding a high risk patient or contraindication.
Biomedical Maintenance Support - NextMed employs three
full-time biomedical engineers who are manufacturer trained and certified. This
team supports the equipment and performs preventative maintenance (PM)
throughout the year. Our experience combined with our operating systems and
increased PM's has helped to minimize downtime - consistently achieving over
99% uptime.
